By accessing and using the WesternMassCon website or attending our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets, registering as a vendor, or attending WesternMassCon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted at the event.

2. Event Conduct

WesternMassCon is a family-friendly event. All attendees, vendors, guests, and staff must follow the event’s Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:

• No harassment or discrimination

• No weapons or illegal substances

• Respect for guests, staff, and other attendees

• Compliance with venue policies

Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Ticketing & Entry

• All attendees must present valid admission (digital or physical) for entry.

• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

• Children under a designated age [e.g. 10] may be admitted free with a paying adult (limit may apply).

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, guest cancellations, or schedule changes.

5. Guests and Programming

WesternMassCon reserves the right to:

• Change event programming

• Substitute or cancel guests due to scheduling or unforeseen conflicts

• Modify event hours, content, or layout

We do our best to communicate changes promptly, but cannot guarantee appearance or schedule.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending WesternMassCon, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in event photos, videos, livestreams, and promotional materials.

7. Liability Waiver

WesternMassCon, its organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

• Injury or illness sustained during the event

• Vendor or third-party transactions or disputes

Attendees participate at their own risk.

8. Vendor Terms

Vendor and Artist Alley participants must follow all venue and event rules. This includes set-up times, booth usage, and sales policies. WesternMassCon reserves the right to deny or revoke vendor participation without refund for rule violations.

9. COVID-19 / Health Safety

Health and safety measures may be enforced based on local regulations or venue policies. Attendees agree to comply with any mask, vaccination, or distancing requirements in place at the time of the event.

10. Modifications

WesternMassCon may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the site or attendance at the event signifies your acceptance of these changes.
