Refund Policy
We want every attendee and vendor at WesternMassCon to have a great experience. Please review our refund policy below:
Attendee Tickets

Refunds will be offered up to 30 days before the event.

After that date, all ticket sales are final.

If the event is canceled, full refunds will be issued automatically.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
Vendor & Artist Tables

50% refund available up to 60 days before the event.

No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the event unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Tables may be transferred to another approved vendor/artist with written permission.
Guest Changes
WesternMassCon reserves the right to substitute or remove announced guests at any time. No refunds will be issued due to guest schedule changes.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to westernmasscon@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request.
